I'm about to take the concealed weapons class and am looking for a good gun to pick up before I start the class so that I can get used to it. I am wanting to stay sub-$400 so please, do not post anything that you want more than $400 for. I am located in Virginia Beach and would prefer if someone could deliver to Virginia Beach (I would be willing to travel to Norfolk/Chesapeake). I will also need serial #'s so that I can check out the legals.
