Manhattan Studio For Rent
571 sqft. Studio Apartment located in Harlem just above Central Park.
Rent is $1650/month. First, Last & Security due with credit check for legal sublet.
Looking for at least a one year commitment. I will update this if more information is requested.
Will consider selling if a serious inquiry is presented above $275,000. Will not be furnished if sold.
Apartment is painted brown, but I haven't taken decent pictures after the paint. Here are the rest.

Thanks guys. 
Not moving up yet, taking advantage of the crap economy to finish my MBA full time back in VA and eliminate 90% of my monthly bills. If it sells, cool. If not I plan on buying another property in Manhattan or Las Vegas and rent one of them out in a few years.

Thanks Nick. The apartment will still be here. I have renter coming by today to do the credit check & leave deposits. I don't plan on moving anything except electronics, as I want all new furniture anyways for my place in VA Beach.
