My parents bought this kit for about $420 and were, unfortunately, involved in an accident before it could be installed. It is brand new, never used. Philips makes, arguably, the highest quality HID equipment and is the OEM brand for many luxury automobiles. Please do not confuse this kit with the hordes of cheap kits out there today. Research the kit a little bit online to be sure. The bulb color is 4300K. If you have any questions, I would be more than happy to answer them for you.
