A civilian cant buy this kind of knife. Its a switchblade, thats what it really is. Check the local laws for more info. Or just call the number on the site if you have any questions about who can and cant own them.

might buy sooner, think i have all the funds and proper identification, and this knife cant be carried by just any military, but by all law enforcement

You are correct on that. It can be carried only by the specwar community side of the military. Just give me a holler when you ready to get it
