Used this phone for about 2 months, no problems with it. I was given a blackberry to use for work so its been sitting in a box and I don't plan on reactivating it.

Phone is in excellent shape, just a few minor surface scratches on the back of the phone, nothing really noticeable. Clear ESN. Comes with:

- unopened BB case
- extra battery
- box, charger, sync cable, manuals

With this phone, on Sprints network, do you have to get a data plan in order to access all of the features?

I am looking into getting a blackberry or treo but dont want to have to add the extra service to retrieve email.

 

Yes, you will need a data plan for email usage. The blackberry plan runs 30 a month for unlimited text, data and GPS usage.
