what does unlocking a wii do to it?

 

its not unlocked its modded. i had a chip put in it so i could download games and burn them to disks and play them. instead of paying 60 dollars for a game i pay the cost of the disk about .50, its alot cheaper but cost alot to mod by a professional modded

and very very ILLEGAL up to $250,000 fine per game!
