I have this same exact kegerator, except I bought mine from Sams Club last year. It's GREAT!

The CO2 tank is mounted behind the kegerator, so this will not fit flush against the wall. Technically, if you want a flush fit against the wall, you could remove the basket in the back and place the tank anywhere you want.

Also... I'm not sure what you consider full-size kegs. This kegerator will fit 1/2, 1/4, 1/6 sized kegs. A 1/2 keg is the standard size keg and is what you generally find in places like Total Wine. I've never even seen a larger keg than a 1/2 keg available anywhere.
