Have you tried Cool Stuff off of Holland rd/South Plaza? They buy JDM carts all the time if all you want is $30.00 I'm pretty sure they will give you that.

Never heard of it and VB is 45-55 mins away, not to mention gas, so I'd have to get more. If someone found a place like that near me, then I'd check em out.
