This is 2 years old, I bought it from the first owner who is a friend, there are dents, which i'll show in pictures, but the dents don't affect the performance in any way. Although, because of a bend in the part that locks the laptop closed, it doesn't close all the way, but it also doesn't stay closed all the time because of it. I talked to a Apple Rep when I went to get it rebooted after the previous owner, they told me that to replace that piece, which will fix the dents and stuff since they are all one piece would be around $500. So thats why my price isn't $1500 for this laptop. Basically, there is only one Noticeable dent, which is where the charger input is, the others are all minimal. New Battery was bought last year, I got a Macally charger which works so much better than the unreliable stock charger, but its more bulky.. I got the Mac OS X CDROMs i'll sell with it, I got original box. I got Adobe Creative Suite, QuarkXpress 6.0, Macromedia (Dreamweaver MX, Fireworks MX, Flash MX) 2004, Microsoft Office 2004, and iLife '08 (but i only installed iPhoto '08) but if you want all the iLife options (iMovie won't upload because the processor is not fast enough) I can upload it for you, but it starts up a little slow with the entire iLife package, but I have a lot of files, so it might make a difference once i erase the hard drive..
