Comes with Leopard installed and Ill include the disc to install Tiger if you like. It also has installed MS Office 2008,iLife and iWork. Comes with Apple mouse and keyboard. The unit is in perfect running and physical condition. Any questions feel free to ask. I will not ship it so pickup only. And your more then welcome to play around with it before you buy. Below is sample picture. Looks identical but doesn't have the pictured optional stand.
