Case of paintballs, I have it sealed shut, but I'm pretty sure I only used about 1/4 of the balls in there. It's a couple years old, but it's been in my house sealed.

Unless you've been rotating the box, just toss em out. They'll have soft spots if they'e been sitting in the same spot for years. They'll just break.
