I bought this phone new from verizon to replace one i broke. I didn't know that I had insurance and I was able to get a blackberry curve through insurance. I used this phone for only a couple days and it is in NEW condition. Still has plastic on it. Just make an offer. Located in Virginia beach.

You sure about that. I do Verizon activations and you MUST get the blackberry plan for any blackberry phone

+1, you have to have a data plan with Verizon's Blackberry's or they will not activate it for you.
