They were my brothers dogs and he neglected to take them when he moved out. And Im moving into a condo so leaves no yard for them to play in.

Needs to be an only pet
Has weird eating issues and is hes feed in his kennel

he is an escape artist the home he goes to needs to have a privacy fence
