what amp do you use with it? cause I have a JL 500watt monoblock, I've gone through probly 8 subs, the longest lasting was the JL 12W7, but the box wasn't right so it wasnt the sub's fault.
and is the sticker on the magnet wore off? it should say 12w3v2 or 12w3v3
