I'm giving vadriven the first crack at it. If it isn't sold by Friday its going on craigslist

Reason: I need to convert a workout room into an office immediately for a welcomed, but unexpected, growth in a side-project. I have to house and box over 400 shirts by Labor Day in this room this will all be after I lay down wood laminate and a dry wall up.

I need this gone immediately. Local pick up only. I can take it a part and help you load it into a truck.

I checked craigslist and the bowflex extreme was going for 800. I'm not going to try and haggle. This is the absolute lowest price I'm going. It has both straps, both bars, all the extension cables, and the manual.

This thing works like the ads claim. My roommate lost a little over 50 lbs and it took about 3 months. I would throw up some before and after pictures but I don't have any time
