No scratches, just sits in the corner closed. I haven't used it in awhile now. I have to blow it out and restore it with the factory default OS. I ran a copy of Vista on it and it handles it like a champ. It's beta though so, swipe time for that. It's in perfect condition, I'll take pics of it. Brand new this was quite expensive, I'm selling this for less than 1/2 of retail and lower than EBAY pricing as of the original post. I'm also local
