as for bolt pattern, its 5x5 (or 5x127). also should fit newer jeep grand cherokees to help out the OP, as well as some old school caddy's/other gm's (i.e. old trucks). not sure what fords are 5x127 unless there is a dual bolt pattern on the wheels.
