True but there currently is noway to unlock these in a smooth fashion like the 1st generation. Also in order to get the iPhone rate plan you will need to sign a 2year contract, so you might as well sign one and get the phone brand new for $199 or $299(16GB).

 

well thats gay. You HAVE to have a 2 year contract to get the iphone plan? fuck that noise. I want a voyager from verizon, but verizon is gay cause they dont use SIM cards.

 

take a 360 with 20 gig HD for one?

 

I want the 3G phone but can you answer the following?

1. Why does it cost 2x more than a new one with warranty?
2. Anything special about the phone?
3. Are you related to the guy selling stolen tvs?

I am guessing it's 2x more because you don't have to sign a 2 year contract. Even if you go to the apple store the phone will run you 199 then if you decide to cancel the service it's another 198 then you have to pay for one months service and tax .....
It seems to me hes legit since the phones have service in the pictures
