just for your information any kinda of hacking puts a one time permanent patch in the MB.. and restoring wont do shit the patch will still b there and if the ipod ever goes bad and you send it to apple they are not gonna touch it soo basically just cuz this idiot decided to "hack" it lol your money will be a waist.. but that just if it goes bad.
and trust me I WORK FOR APPLE ...

Based on your spelling I'm going to say you know nothing about these hacks and you're one of the salesfloor people who read the little card and cater to 90yr olds and teens.
If the ipod is fully restored you cannot tell if it's been hacked or not.
There is no "patch" as you call it left on it, it's all erased.
