PM plz
1982 Romanian AK-47
$600
Includes:
4-30 Round magazines (2 come filled with Wolf JHP)
2-5 Round magazines
Romanian Bayonet
Leather Sling
Cleaning kit
Oil can
Canvas magazine pouch
AK was built on a Nodak Spud lower receiver, and the wood was refinished by original owner. Only shot 200 rounds through the rifle. The bore is clean and shiny. It operates and shoots very smoothly. You will not be disappointed. Trying to consolidate my Rifles to all AR15s + 1 bolt rifle. Any questions, feel free to ask. I know a little about guns.
Thanks for looking <3

you would have to have a registered auto sear to convert (convert, NOT make) any semi to full auto, pre-ban or not. the sear would have to be a transferrable one manufactured before 1986 with the appropriate paperwork and tax stamp from the atf. also if you are not a virginia resident the transaction would have to go through a licensed dealer who would have to ship it to a dealer in your state where you would complete the atf and any local paperwork via your dealer. face to face sales between residents of different states are not allowed.

pretty much everything majette said, although i believe you have to have a class3 to own a fully auto or maybe thats to sell it? anyway its kind of a pain to get a full auto, and kind of a long process. It doesn't matter when it was mfr'd you have to go through the process.

As an individual without a Class 3 FFL, the only thing needed to own something that is a NFA Weapon is an ATF Approved Tax Stamp that is a one time deal of $200 per serial number. When it comes to Full Auto AKs and HKs, it's usual a Sear that needs to get registered. And for the most part, when it comes to AR-15s (Noteable the M16), it's the actual lower receiver that gets registered and approved by the ATF.
For all intensive purposes, the baby steps of getting something Full Auto (AKA Machine Gun) is to buy a gun that's already built and on a Form 3 ready for Transfer. I'll break it down by price range:
$3000-$5000: M11, Mac-10, and other variants
$5000-$10000: FNH FNC, Uzi, Beretta, American Surplus, and odds and ends of weapons no normal person has seen or heard of lol
$10000-$20000: M16 depending on if it's the full rifle or just the lower half
$20000+: AK47 and H&K MP5/MP5K PDW
