Rare Winchester Model 12 way below value

Description: If you do any research on this gun you will find that its way underpriced. I had an appraiser value this gun at 750$ It had a crack in the stock that has been glued back together and would look a lot better if someone would sand and refinish it.
Im willing to take trades up or down in value just let me know what you have.
