I have an extra B18C1 long block that I dont need.118k. I need my type R in my car to stop smoking. My R still runs just keeps smoking after 4k. If you can fix it Il trade it for labor.Depending on what labor + cash or gun.Includes stage 2 cluthch and stock injectors. Pics posted soon.Hit me up. I'm negotiable. Not selling. it's your piston rings and possibly valve stem seals. take your valve cover off, take your spark plugs out, set it to top dead center (pistons 1 and 4 are up, or the 2 outside ones are in top position), remover the tension on the timing belt via the 14mm nut on the tensioner, take the cam caps loose, or in your case, the 2 long ribbed metal pieces off, then the cam caps, then pull the cams out, then carefully follow the bolt-removal-sequence to take the head off. scrape the head gasket off the head and the block if applicable, and be careful not to scar either of em. next you'll want to replace the valve stem seals, refer to a manual on how to do this. then, pull the pistons out carefully and replace the "rings" with Honda OEM rings, no e-bay crap. remember which cam caps were exhaust/intake, remember where everything goes, and be careful. if you need more help, pm me. I'll help you for free, because i have nothing better to do.
