Level 0 will NOT stop any pistol round. Level 0 is certified by the NIJ as a STAB resistant vest. Not sure what level this actually is, but if it is a Level "0," is isnt a ballistic vest. Even Level I will only stop .22LR/Short up to .38 Special (NOT +P).

I'm sure it says that on whatever web site you went to. But it says clearly on the vest that it is not intended to protect the wearer from rifle fire or sharp edged or pointed instruments. see look for yourself....dumbass.
