Description: It is the insanity work out dvds, comes with the book that holds em, etc. The work out is actually a 10 dvd set, this is one that comes with 3 bonus dvd's, 2 extra AB work out dvd's and an upper body dvd work out, HOWEVER the two bonus ab work out dvd's don't work properly, they skip to like mid way through it, and the price reflects this! The work out with out the bonus dvd's retailsf or like 120$.
