Craftsman 2-drawer workbench with powered backwall (pegboard/shelf)

Condition: 8.5 out of 10. Peeled the C-man logos off a long time ago, bench surface has scratches from normal use, powdercoat in good condition with no major scratches/marring, no rust etc.
Built a new workbench setup, don't need the C-man unit any longer. I appears the model I have is no longer available on Sears.com. The one I have is a 4' bench with a galvanized sheet metal top and 2 drawers. The lower part is a shelf that is up off the ground. All I can find online are examples with full drawers and no open shelf. The powered backwall is basically a metal peg-board with a worklight and a shelf at the top. It's perfect for the weekend hobbyist and those with smaller spaces etc.
The model I can find that most closely resembles mine is currently on sale for $275.49 and the powered backwall is on sale for $68.97; total of $344.46 (plus tax). I'd like to get $270 for both together. I am willing to split up if the backwall sells first.

Price reduced to $200. I was at Sears today and saw the same setup but with a particle board only top for $220 + tax on clearance.
