i have a commercial size treadmil for sale, i have no reason for it anymore because i prefer to run outside i had originally baught for when i had injuried my knee and doctor recommended running on a softer surface. the brand is a spirit and the model number is XT385 it has polar heart rate monitor ( strapless) , life time warrenty on everything but electronics and that has a 10 year warrenty, dual fans. mp3 stereo speakers, you can adjust the incline and speed on the hand rails making it easy to controll, hydrolic lift to fold it up and down so it is easy to fit just about anywhere, 2010 model, a great treadmil for all purposes looking to get back some that i spent on this, looking to get 1250 obo.treadmil looks brand new and is 10/10. many more mods but tthis is all i can think of at the time, call Paul at 757-676-3576 for any questions thanks for looking.
