For a well preserved meal that can last for years, while supplying a person with a HIGH Carb/Protein/Calorie intake while eating these.
YES I think anyone in their right mind would love to have these, Civilian/Military etc.. Go brag somewhere else about your Military baackground douche.

I was merely poking a little bit of fun at my disdain for them and giving the OP a bump. If I wanted to brag, I would have said something like "I've eaten a lot of these in the Marine Corps, you're all disgusting, inferior human beings because you haven't." But I didn't. So have fun stockpiling for your dumbass zombie apocalypse that's never going to come. Douche.

I know it sounds silly, but I picked up a couple of them at the military surplus store to take with me on camping/hiking/wilderness trips just in case. You never know. I've never had to eat one, but it's nice to have something like that just in case.
