Bass boat and 40hp johnson outboard

Get a great project boat for this summer!
I have a older bass boat (no holes) that needs a little bit of work. The previous owner started rebuilding it. The boat floats and will come with an almost brand new trailer, a Johnson 40hp motor that needs a little bit of work, we were able to get it running last summer and ran pretty well.. but we wanted a larger motor so its time to sell this one. its a older engine (early 1990's) but, it has electric trim and i have newer controls for it with trim control in the handle. the trailer has all new lights and will for sure pass inspection. i however only have the title to the trailer.
Im asking 450.00 obo but im flexable
