I got this from a buddy who plays, he has a few and just told me i could have it, if i didn't get into it i could sell it, needless to say i suck
From what ive seen online it averages like 399.99 online. It is missing to 10$ in hardware (it doesnt effect play, it just help keep these kind of guitars in tune) you usually cut the rounds off the strings and use these lil black metals boxes that tighten down on the cuts ends (where the circles were) i just have the tightening screws tightened into the circles (works, i have 4 of the sqaures, missing just two) and the other are locking nuts at the top of the neck, here is a link below...

You can get these from Pro Music and Sound for 10ish total but he didn't have them in stock and i didn't want to order em since i planned on selling it. As far as condition its in really good condition, it has a few minor blemishes that i couldnt get to come out in the pics well. I am also including a velour soft case with it, made by epiphone.
