Most people that buy $5-700 purebred dogs; usually want a puppy from a proper breeder with papers. This being an abandoned dog; doubt you have the original pedigree papers.


I've bought a purebred German Shepard pup from a local breeder who breeds for Chesterfield County; she often has a few that don't qualify for state requirements (temperment, etc), and will let go of a 10-12 week old puppy for $250-300 with papers and shots.
