The gun dosent have to be reg to him for him to own/sell it. You dont have to do a transfer in VA on gun sales, not yet anyways......GL with moving them, the 19 is one of the most, if not the most overall desired gun there making.

 

Even if you buy it from an FFL it isn't registered to you, in the state of VA its not required, and i TRIED to get mine registered when i first got it, called up the county clerks and the sheriffs dept, can't be done from what they said.

 

Not trying to be a dick Miguel, but when it comes to something like a firearm, there are a lot of questions and information that needs to be given, and the reputation of the seller is important. When things like that come up (the posts you deleted) it makes people think about the legality of the purchase and the firearm. With that being said, the gun looks like it's in good condition, the guy is covering his ass by selling to people with 2 forms of ID, and the price is about right. GLWS, if I didn't just buy 2 guns I'd probably be interested.

Gun is legit as it can get. Not stolen, shot at the police range just about 3-4 times. You can meet my friend thats the cop that I got it from. And Its not it my name doesnt have to be for all thats not aware. i am covering my ass because i know how guns are used here but its 100% straight, why are people getting scared.
