20" AR-15 Flat-Top Upper Partial or Complete

I'm looking to build an M16A4 clone with standard hand guards.
I now have a complete lower but need need an upper.
I will take complete uppers, to partial uppers, to a stripped upper and 20" barrel.
I prefer a Government Profile but will consider others.
