The rack is 38" X 43". It has 4 big plastic blocks that snap into the thicker cross braces and then there is a metal "U" bolt that has a flat bar and plastic knob blts that go around your cross bars that hold the rack down. Black in color. looking for $125 obo. i will ship it.
