they were pretty much brand new when i got them about 2 and a half months ago, 2 still look brand new, 2 are probably 3/4 tread at a glance, they come withe some old crappy looking black wagon wheels, they are a little dry rotted from just sitting, but they were like that when i got them, but hold air fine, never had a problem, oh, they are 15 inch wheels, and they fit a full size dodge or ford i believe, 300 buck picked up, also im located in gloucester
