Does anyone have a Dana 44 front axle for a Ford F150 that they don't need, or know of a yard that has one (Richmond prefered)?

I need to pirate all the drivers side parts to repair my beater. Turns out now that I got it apart that the bearings rattled around in the spindle and chewed up the end of the axle shaft where the outboard snap-ring is supposed to seat, and also the spindle. I've got all new bearings, seals, and manual hubs so I just need the rest of the parts as mine are not in good enough shape to salvage

atleast it's the driver side and not the passanger . . the passanger side has a c clip inside the carrier and would have to drop the third member type thing to get the axle out . . . try chesterfeild auto . . hear it's a nice junkyard up there. . kinda like our pick and pull down here . .

 

Yep, at least I have good "bad luck", lol.

I just need to find the time to get out there, this weekend is shot - too much to do. Chesterfield would be my best bet if I can spare the time to get out there this week.

If anyone goes please check and see if they have any F150 4x4's on the lot.

CAP had one 4x4 and it had been stripped of the parts I needed

Anywho I found a front axle, trans, and transfer case so I don't need an axle anymore, just need time to put it all back together.
