Most LEOs don't seem to worry about moderately lifted trucks unless your being a clown... Which mainly seems to be diesels these days.

38s on a Cherokee looks worse than 38s on a full-size truck....I thinks cops pull them over more because they look unsafe...

38's is a lot of tire/ lift for a Cherokee, and yes would draw a lot of attention.

virginia is strict in some areas and some areas its not. my buddy had 16.5 inchs on a f250 with 40s and got pulled 16 times before selling it. but my dad is runnin around with 10inchs on his f150 and has never been pulled. ive noticed width is a big factor too
