I got a trespassing ticket driving in the mud out behind the Wendy's on magruder the other day. Just wondering if anyone had any experience with this type of thing.

 

did they catch actually back there or on the road. my bud go one but he was on the main road and it dismissed in court. i have know about 5 or so people that have gotten them. 4 of them have gotten off. just don't know where they got u at. but i pulled of the other day and got a ticket for being to high, but the cop pulled us over because my truck was still muddy from the other day and that i need to clean it and the all the haresment (sp) started about mudding back there.

 

yeah, I went in through the entrance on the same road as the wendys. I drove from that entrance to the road that they are paving back there. I pulled up onto the road and the cop came down towards me in the other lane, pulled a u turn after the median ended and cut his lights on. Did any of those people you know have to get a lawyer for it?

 

ya`ll just need to stay away from there it sounds like to much trouble...you know the cops watch it but still go back there wtf is wrong with you? i guess you like handing out money to the city for no reason

 

I got a ticket back there last month, went to court and plead guilty.It was a $50 fine plus court cost brought the total to $116.

 

lol, I got arrested with 6 months probation...pretty ridiculous

 

Trespassing is a Class 1 Misdemeanor. Up to 12 months in jail and up to a $2500 fine. I've seen hundreds of people go to jail for trespassing.

 

that area is supposably wetlands

 

i went back there 2 days after thanksgiving, and me and my buddy got cuaght coming out, he hasnt went to court yet but i got a 225 dollar fine, 175 hours community serv, probation for 9 months, and a license restriction.

 

i got caught back there a few years ago i got a 500$ fine
