Question TRANSFERCASE HELP NEEDED NOW!!!!!!!!

Might buy this 89 blazer s10 but there something wrong with it.It has a new motor,rebuilt trany and rebuilt trans case but the four wheel drive wont gon into gear,i ask the guy that was and he said there was some vaum lines that were hooked up or not at all.Does anyone if this could be true.

do you have any kind of vaccum disconnect going to the front axle?

i went a talk to a guy and he said its either the vac lines or the actuator.

put in 4 wheel and drive forward and have someone see if the front drive shaft is spinnin and if so you know is in the diff or hubs i think that year had cv style IFS and if thats the case then its most likely the four wheel drive actuator switch.
