The Spirit of '76
Saw this lil green gem in some guys front yard this afternoon on the way home from work. It hadn't been in the yard for 20 minutes when I stopped. He refused to take a penny over 500 for it. Orginally came from upstate new york, has been down here for about 6 years, I couldn't refuse and had to go through the river and up the banks with it on the way home.
tree fity
4speed (love that low gear)
205 case,dana 44 up front 12bolt out back
and the 73-76's had the cab go just past the drivers seat, much better than the death blazers with nothing but a windshield pillar to protect you.
I been keeping my eye out for one of these years for awhile, I was about to buy a 79 death blazer, patientance payed off for once.
and yes it's staying that color. Why fool with the brilliance of GM.
Pics.
Ah, the 70's. Too much acid not enough coffee.
Upstate NY cancer
why hello, you.
nice to see you under a chevy 1/2 ton
nothing hiding in there.
so old skool still rockin the facotry AM radio.
add 4 inches and some 35s and we'll call it my winter beater. (I think it gets better mileage than my 03 2500hd 6.0 liter )

congrats. It looks like you have some work cut out for you. I've always been a fan of k5's. Though I would love to get a hold of a full convertible.

Only work getting done to this is a 4 inch lift and some 35's. The money pit is parked next to it, the one that gets all the 4x4 money and attention.

Yeah I actually rolled in a buddies death blazer once. Never again, not without a rollbar which I'm not a big fan of in the blazers. Plus the 77-up all had the crappy 10 bolt axles, full-time t-cases, and the rear tailgate power window, that the motor was always going out on. Guess it's a personal preference, I mean full vert is obviously a little nicer, but I went topless with this all weekend and enjoyed not getting sunburnt.
