I you go to the outer banks and you have not heard. There are several groups (DOW, Audobon, & SELC) trying to take away you privilage of driving on the beach. Please take the time to fill out this "one click" form. Please pass the link on to any of your friends.

FYI: There is another gathering scheduled for this Saturday at Cape Point in Buxton NC, you need to be on the beach at Cape Point between 9 - 10:00AM

my family and i drive on hatteras AT LEAST once a year, and already have a place this memorial weekend.

honestly, noone hurts anything down there, theres sheriffs everywhere to keep people in check and there are already marked off zones for turtles

4wheeling at rodanthe/hattereas/frisco is something me, my friends, and family do a couple times a year and ive never seen anyone disturb wildlife.

 

Why would we want beaches screwed up by people leaking hazardous liquids?
