Default Primitive camping?

I am looking for a place within 1-2 hours driving from hampton that has primitive camping that you can drive offroad to a spot. (Primitive camping is defined as no toilet no water no bath and no rvs just you and camping). If anyone knows anything like this where you can take an suv to a spot pop a tent and build a fire let me know please.

A buddy of mine goes somewhere in NC where you row out to an island and camp. Primitive as it gets. I'll find out today.
