I want to organize an official 4X4 meet at the HQ parking lot off of Independence Blvd and Virginia Beach Blvd. Then we'll go over to Fuddruckers to grab some grub.

Why not pick a good place to eat so there is a reason to meet up? Im not coming out just to hang out in some parking lot.
