Default "New truck"

I got that 76 GMC that was in the offroad classifieds, 2nd page. This truck is the shit. It took me 5 hours to get it started. I don't think it has been started in a long time. One of the spark plug wires was melted in 1/2, because it was laying on the header. The carb was all gummed up as well as the engine. I had to pull the carb off my 71 blazer just to get it running. Once I got it running a just ran it up and down the street until to started to perform better. Tommorow I will try the original carb, and see if I can get that to work. The tranny even has a shift kit in it, the hole truck jumps when it shifts into 2nd.
