Default need tired balanced

ok guys, i just put some 33x14x15 boggers on my truck. we balanced them, but we did it at a bus garage, and it was just to get it the best we could. wheres a good place to go for balanceing?

also, i want to get new studs put on all around. one up front is bent a tad, and on is stripped, actually make that 2. i was thinkign of just going to advanced and getting the studs myself, but i'd like to see what the going rate is. thanks for any and all help guys.
