the top picture definately does not have any type of interco tsl/swamper tire. the rears appear to be a very worn m/t baja claw and the fronts are a bald all terrain!

Bronco's seem not to like water very much.
Have two stories where water > bronco
My friend had a Bronco II that went into a river that came up the rocker and she cut off while water was coming in the bottom part of the door. She finally started back up but I have had my old 4runner and my Jeep TJ in water up the headlights with no problems.
The second story I was driving a full size Bronco on 33's and the same spot as my friends story I had water up the rocker and she died on me. Luckily no water came in but for water only up to the rocker she sure did not like running. Finally started back up I turned around and she died again. Had to get it towed out due to a bad starter. Water pwned the Bronco yet again.
