is it pretty mild terrain there, or a little more agressive.. because i heard it was more like flat trails and stuff

I would not say it is flat. You are up in the mountains.. some areas are rocky some are not. The beauty about this trail is that you can make it as difficult as you want it.

about as well as my moutainterr with a 3in body lift and 33s will do
