haha. im your height, but i got about 20lbs on you. and i drive this truck a lot. im already pressing my luck as it is in this fine state of va. id have it taller if i lived elsewhere. reaching for the door handle would be the lip above the door before the roof. thatd be tall as fuck -_- lol
if i remember right the 53" xzl's weigh ~320lbs, im guessing yours would be around the same? plus the weight of the wheels of course.
mine are only 92lbs, plus steel wheels

so this hole:
and me. note to all of you, my passenger side wasnt touching the bottom. i have 39.5s there was another 2 feet below my tires until it hit ground. i was high centered on the left/under the body. this hole is seriously dangerous. i got in there and water was up to my chest with me on the bottom, only on the passenger side tho. i plan on going back and filling it with cement chunks one day.

Ifreddy... Was your truck stuck out there over night? I had a guy approach me at the WAWA gas pump while fueling up my truck asking for some help. He said his friends truck was sunk to the frame.( Ford crew cab on 39's)

Any of you give me a good idea where to get a new set of front leaf springs or a 1-2 inch suspension lift kit for a mid 80's K10, I don't want blocks for a lift I want springs.
