XM vs Sirius satelite radio
so with the outrageous change over from alternative rock to spanish whatever...which satelite radio company is better??
i was just wondering what more people on this board like better XM radio or Sirius radio. i, myself actually just started subscribing to XM radio but have listened to it for awhile now at work.
Not to impress since theres still only a couple channels offer the types of music i like.
so which is it and why? XM or SIRIUS??
ps. i miss the old HFS

If it matters, XM studios are located in DC, so they give local people jobs.
Also, XM is alot more popular than Sirius all togther, with about twice as many subscribers, so if I had to choose again I'd go with XM in case Sirius goes under, cause i'd hate to be left with a useless 100 some dollar satellite radio.
Just my .02

The whole satellite radio has exploded in the last year from little over a million subscribers in Jan 2004 to over twenty-five million in Dec 2004. With an explosion in sales like that, there is no way that one of the two leaders in the industry are going under anytime soon.
I have Sirius, and I love it. I was sold on the programing content, XM just didnt do it for me. Plus if you like trance XM sucks with their BPM station, Sirius Area 63 and The Beat all the way.
