Won't be seeing my TA around
Late Weds night (Aug 3) coming home from maryland a dark honda accord suddenly came into my lane. I jerked the wheel to the right and started to lose it, I over-corrected and fish tailed into the concrete median... dont remember impact but when I came to EMTs were pulling me out and put me on a gurney and into an ambulance.
I finally got to see my car today...
Thought it was just frontal damage but i guess my car must have swung back. Passengerside window was broken, windshield shattered, shifter was bent (from my knee), and all that damage to the exterior
Anyways I wasnt buckled up, that was stupid of me. That accord didnt stop to call 911, hes going to rot in hell. I only had $2,000 left in car payments and my Trans Am was my dream car.
PLEASE buckle up and drive safely.

that sucks about your car.. i'm not sure how insurance works but if you weren't done paying off your car does the insurance still give you the blue book value of your car? your TA was a nice clean TA. damn that sucks.. so the Honda just ran and no one reported the car in? that's gay...

well i have 6 other matchin ones.. including one on my head. I'm fine now it was basically bumps and bruises. I was a ball of pain thurs and friday. I got a CAT scan at the ER, that checked out normal thank god. Ankle is a lil fucked I have to walk all gimp but it feels hell of a lot better
Insurance gave me blue book value - amount owed.
I think I found my new car if its legit ill pocket 5 Gs

good to hear you're ok... cool you found other options so soon.. if none of them work out though, i do have a friend with a 02 WS6 w/ T56 in z06 blue that i think he is still trying to sell.. if you're interested i can get you the rest of the info on it.. he's selling it to get a start on the house market...
