Who owns the multicolored civic?

As I was walking through the parking lot at mason today I saw a civic that looked like 5 different color civics pieced together. I remember someone saying they had one but I don't remember who it was. So who owns this thing?

I thought I read about intialEK4 talking about his car is 5 colors because it was stolen and he is trying to put it back together. What year and model civic is it?
